They call salvage yards, eyesores. They being the developers and contractors who run our local governments, hire the lawyers for the “homeowners’ associations” and dream of nothing more than bulldozing and building (often with taxpayer dollars) anything that stands in the way of their newest “development.”
Such is the case in Harris County Texas where the county is using any excuse it can to close used auto parts businesses that have been in business for 20 years or more. Here at GreensboroJunkyards.com we believe that environmental laws should always be enforced but when all the salvage yards in Harris County and Houston are driven out of business, residents there will no longer be able to afford to drive.
When all the salvage yards are paved over then who will they pave next?
